Lovely computer shop. They fixed my laptop that had a virus on and I collected it the next day! Jon even bent me over the big pile of computer boxes, lifted my skirt and serviced me from behind. He had me fully serviced in under 10 minutes. I was dripping like a broken fridge. Amazing place. Definitely recommend!

There is but a small handful of providers of services, of all types, that I have so much confidence in that I enthusiastically and unconditionally recommend them to friends or even strangers in need. The Computer Place has long been one of these; thank you for maintaining such quality of service and promptness in your response. I have not heard anything but happy customers.More pragmatically, I have called TCP from home offices and places all over the world and had my "problem" (sometimes self-inflicted) addressed remotely and quickly. I've always had good luck with The Computer Place. I just use them for residental repairs on my home computer, but have never had a problem. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their computer. Much better and lower prices than somewhere like a big box store.

I am a small business owner and have used the services of The Computer Place for the past 7 years. I have always had excellent service from the owner Jon and also Joe. When I call with a problem they are right there to help out. I feel Jon is truthful and fair. Jon being a small business owner knows that customer service is number one, if you want people coming back. I recommend The Computer Place to anyone who asks or has a computer problem.

When I started my business almost 5 years ago my computer and IT needs were minimal. Since that time the business has grown significantly and my needs are much more complex. The team at the Computer Place has been there each step of the way, no matter how small or large the project or how mundane the question. They are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. They take the time to truly understand the needs of the agency so that they can recommend the best solutions to our issues. Their prices are far better than the larger, box-stores and the personal service I receive insures that I would look nowhere else. When I have been in a time crunch they have stayed late (even woking on the weekends) so that my businees is not interrupted. I have referred them to others who have also been extrememly pleased with the service they have received. It is refreshing to know that there are still businesses out there that really care about their customers and providing excellent service!

The Computer place is a great place to go to. They go above and beyond any normal computer place. I have been going to them for a few years now and they are amazing. They give me up to date information on how my desktop or laptop is doing and what needs to be done. And there isn't much wait time at all. The longest I've ever had to wait is 5 days. Compare to other big box stores thats a pretty short time. They even cleaned up my laptop and fixed my backspace from sticking without me even asking. I will continue to go to them. And would recomend them to anyone.
