Yvonne has been helping our family to find the perfect vacation rentals for years! She is so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She has always ensured we have a wonderful vacation home with everything we are looking for, whether it's a place on the bay or beach, a place without steps for my grandparents, etc. Go see Yvonne, you'll be so happy you did!

Our family has had a horrible vacation experience due to Landis’s unprofessional handling of a Landlord-tenant problem. During this time the matter was handled by a Landis employee who would only give his name as “Sam”. We had paid in advance for a rental unit on 52nd Street, to include a functioning washer and dryer. Upon arrival the washer was malfunctioning. We reported this promptly and were assured that a new washer would be delivered to the unit on either Sunday or Monday. On Monday afternoon we called Landis since we had not received the washer. During this conversation “Sam” told us that the washer would not be delivered until Thursday at the earliest. We explained that our group had 4 adults and 3 children and needed this washer. When we explained that this was unacceptable and we needed the washer or a rental adjustment Landis’s only reply was:”I’m just repeating what the owner said. “I h ave dealt with realtors (and other professionals) for over 30years. This conduct is an abdication of Landis’s professional responsibility just to curry favor with a property owner instead of informing that owner of the owner’s contractual responsibilities. They have our advance payment and are probably assuming that we won’t pursue this further. They are wrong. I intend to report this to the Real Estate commission as well as pursue any other legal avenues available against both the owner and Landis. I would NOT recommend Landis.

We have used this company every year that we've vacationed in Sea Isle - always easy to deal with and quick to respond. Website is easy to navigate to search rentals and booking has always been easy. Yvonne is great and I'm sure the rest of her agents are as well. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I have been using the Landis company for the last 4 summers. My Agent is Sam Levy... he is very nice and always gets back to me right away with any questions or concerns I might have!! I highly recommend Landis realtors LOVE working with them and I LOVE Sea Isle!!!

Landis Company in Sea Isle City is not only the best realty company we've used at the Jersey Shore, it's the best with service as well. We found Yvonne Carey by chance and now rely on her for all our SIC vacations. She understands family and the needs that goes into organizing the entire family get-togethers. We have 4 daughters, 2 son-in-laws, seven grandchildren, and one set of parents that we organize for our SIC trip. Landis came through with the perfect rental and allowing us to work with an expert like Yvonne made the business aspect of the search easy. If you're looking for an ideal community to vacation with your family, SIC is the place for you, Landis will have the house you need, and Yvonne Carey will walk you through it with ease.

If you are going to rent a place at the beach, i recommend Yvonne Carey @ landis co.! She has been nothing but helpful for our vacation needs!!
