Terrible staff, I made appointment at 11:50 when I came in at 11:30 the front desk said your appointment at 12:50,I said OK I left and came back 12:20 they said you missed your appointment And the said you have to schedule another one.

First time coming to this office and I have to say the girls that work there are amazing. They helped me pick out frames and Rachel was able to get them made for me the same day! I will definitely be going back for my next exam.Edit: I just read the reviews below and I know for the person who is complaining about his $300 glasses, there is a huge sign that is in the glasses area that says something like they are not responsible for outside frames if damaged. Lesson learned for everyone involved.

Originally we saw Dr. Gonzalez, but when he left we decided to stay. My whole family loves Dr. Lee. Everyone is friendly and the service is always great. Keep it up Eye & Vision.

I made an appointment for my glasses and they said they will notify me in 10 days. After 20 days I personally went their and they lied saying they called and left a message. When I got my glasses they automatically broke the second they handed me the glasses. They said " The frame quality was bad". So then, I had to buy a bad quality frame from them and pay for the lens which cost me over $50. After a few days, I got it back and it feels like the lens are about to pop out any second. I recommend that nobody go here because of their lack of professionalism, bad quality, and bad customer service. Go anywhere except here.

So the first time I get there my appointment was at 11:15am for a regular eye check up, I didn’t get seen until 12:30. Luckily I was entertained with writing emails and texts back to people on my phone, and I really tried for it not to bother me. Then, I ask to get my glasses after the appt, the girl who does it is out to lunch and they ask me to come back. Ok, fine, I won’t let that bother me. It’s a week before Thanksgiving, so I wait until after and I come back on a Tuesday at 11:50am, and they tell me to come back AGAIN because she’s going to lunch!! At this point I’m seriously annoyed because I am rushing to get to them and then this and I leave, but I decide to go back inside to get the girls name, Rachel, and she gives me a horrible attitude. I wanted to like this place bc I prefer them to the Walmart’s of the world, but looks like I’m going to Walmart to get my glasses. Just terrible service and no consideration for their customers’ time.

I didn't get to see the Dr., so I can't comment on that. The staff was polite and friendly, but my appointment was for 11 and at 11:55 after waiting about an hour, I asked if I could get an updated ETA as I was taking a long lunch and needed to get back to the office. They said they were running behind and it would be at least another ten minutes before I even got to see the Dr., so I went ahead and cancelled my appointment.I just don't have the time to sit in a waiting room for over an hour, so it was a wasted trip/wait for me.

Detailed and thorough, the doctor actually took the time to explain what’s going on with my eyes which made me feel more aware and informed, not the generic umbrella “your eyes are fine, come back in a year” spiel that my other eye doctor from another clinic told me despite my eyes having chronic issues.

Went here once two weeks ago and the staff were rude and not caring at all. They asked me to call my insurance company to know if they cover eye-exam and prescription. This is their job not mine. Never ever coming back.
