It is refreshing beyond belief to come across a team who go out of their way to assist you and deliver ons revive and price with a smile. Not only did the guy take great care of our busted very expensive machine , they did so with integrity and did the opposite of over charging.

After my sister had her delonghi magnifica serviced here I decided to take dinamica in for a few things bothering me. They conducted a full check up and repairered my machine under warranty free of charge. I cannot beleive how good the service has been and will recommend to my friends.

They recently repaired my delonghi elite coffee machine after I had broken a piece off. Luckily because they are in next to melbourne city it was easy to find the place. The spare parts team had the parts I needed in stock so the repair only took 4 days.

5 star service for by far the most professional coffee machine repair agent in Melbourne. After buying an ECM a few years ago I've really struggled to get a good service centreOn arrival the lady at the counter booked my machine in and even offered me a complimentary coffee. 6 days later my espresso machine is back as good as ever they even test and tagged my appliance.
