Designing an online experience for young men with a chronic illness is definitely a challenge. But our partnership with Think Brownstone helped us gain insights into that audience and create a strategy to engage this very savvy and cynical target in ways they, the user, wanted to be engaged. TBI pushed us to move beyond what's been done in Pharma to new, fresh ways of thinking and designed creative workshop experiences to help us get our clients there as well. Coming into a complex disease state isn't easy and their ability to quickly understand the condition and how it affects the lives of these young men was truly impressive. We were always smarter with TBI in the room.
