Tom was great to work with to start on our bankruptcy case. Until We received a statement saying we missed a payment. Problem is my husbands check is garnished every month for the payment . And we have every checkstub proving that it was paid. We called Tom's office and his secretary Courtney was very rude. And Tom doesn't want to speak with us.. Long story short, we are getting another lawyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER!!!
