Overall Feedback:

Elite does a great job of making it seem like they are doing a good job. Make sure you pay close attention to your account and not your reports. It took us a while to realize how much money they were wasting. We told them to keep under a $15 cost per customer (average for our industry) and found that they wasted $12,000 on a $200 cost per customer on some campaigns. Other campaigns were not as bad but still horrible!!
