Hello Dear friends I suggest you please do not join the TIS company , its a totally fake IT company, he want to his own way to do the work, if you are experienced person you feel there as dull..because some senior developer they think they are best..i selected in TIS with in 20 days, i fired from there. and i lost my previous job too...they don;t think about your future.
