I bought a house that Top producers were managing and on possession day they never even gave me the KEY to the property. Totally illegal to hold on to the buyer's keys when there are NEW owners that have nothing to do with Top Producers. YACKS. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE, pick someone else to manage your home.

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED, was NOT notified that everything would work easily on a MAC (yes, they suggest putting in Internet explorer which took forever and didn't work properly) was NOT notified VERBALLY that I was locked into a contract (was told it was on my invoice - after purchasing) and also when I first logged in. YOU SUCK
