Very frustrating to send repeated emails for help solving a technical issue and getting no response after three days, missing a deadline for an important mailing. We feel ignored & abandoned.

Please stop sending me payday loan companies information it is very annoying to open my emails and spend the first 10 minutes unsubscribing to them only to do it again the following day. I've rated your company 1 star only because it won't let me go further without rating you!!!!!
