Like most people I do search online for where to go when in need of a certain services. I came across Topspot and submitted an inquiry on their website with specific details on when to call “after 5:30” since I work the same hours most people do I am unable to answer calls at certain hours of the day, later that afternoon Jeff reached out to me after hours with prior approval through email to give me a call that night. We spoke over the phone he helped educate me on the industry we then set an appointment to meet outside the office again he was professional and a down to earth guy he took the time to meet with me and go above and beyond the expected.
