This company put on the recent Insane Inflatable 5k in Loveland Colorado- they collected the race/entry fee for May 20th but canceled the event siting weather. Funny thing is they said rain or shine it would go on. If you look at the weather for May 20th it was a very pleasant day! Now they refuse to issue a refund. Poor customer service plus they must have made a small fortune charging everyone for an event they didn't put on and kept all the money.
