We rented a beach rental and the house was not clean. Many items were not done like oven was broken - kitchen sink was leaking (they did fix it) ceiling has several cracks in it. Cleaning crew had to come back and clean - the crew was apologetic and nice but the MGMT company did not care. We will never rent from them again!!!

NO WATER, NO AIR CONDITIONING FOR 2 DAYS ! The condo we rented was dirty very dirty and needed a major update ! Not happy at all ! This place is horrible to rent from ! They are very rude .

We rented 102A Mandalay Ct in Surf City. Just got back from being there for a week. Island is beautiful and the beach.The reason we booked in Mandalay is because it was affordable for what we needed it for. Upon arrival at the home, everything looked “normal”.Until we started to settle in more.Once we unloaded the car, we went into the kitchen area. Looked up at the air unit filters, they where filthy. Almost clogged flighty. There was 2 Filters clogged. Also the bathroom drain (bedroom near the laundry room), was absolutely clogged. So this was all on a Saturday. Mind you, the air was still working and giving out cold air through the vents.And the water in the tub drained, s l o w l y. So in my mind, it wasn’t an emergency to call off hour emergency crew. We lived with the issues until Monday. When I woke up, around 9ish in the morning, I made that phone call and stated what our issues where.Also, upon arrival, the floors in the kitchen where not super clean. There was food stain from another renter.The carpet wasn’t vacuumed very well. The fridge, dishwasher and microwave had smears - like it wasn’t wiped down. The ice machine was leaking water from the freezer side. Had to wipe the kitchen floor up a lot the first few days while we stayed. So after we called the office to state the issues, the man came out later in the afternoon, early evening.They changed the filters and unclogged the bathtub in the bathroom. The filters where so dirty, that the date was dated from last year (2018 August). Nasty. Also, the bathtub hair ball, was so big it looked like a dead mouse almost. So nasty. After these issues where resolved, minus the cleaning part, we enjoyed the house after I cleaned it to my liking. We did not pay extra for sheets and such. So that was no worries for me. It was just disappointing that it didn’t meet my expectations completely. It wasn’t a WOW house.Oh,This property says “ocean view”. What a joke.102A Mandalay ct. if you happen to look out there, there is no view. A pool shed was built in the view.Blocking it. Very disappointed. Overall, I don’t think I will ever stay at this property again.

I booked and paid for my stay for a week with them. I get a call a month out that the home will not be ready for our stay and they offered to help me find another option, all of which are significantly more expensive as options are now limited this close to the date of the trip. People have booked flights and coordinated very inflexible work schedules for this week. Not once did a single person apologize for the inconvenience which would have made this much easier to swallow. They were very short on the phone and through emails, offering low quality customer service and no where in the listing was there a suggestion that the house wouldn’t be ready. Simple customer service strategies and honest advertising could really save people some strife.

I've rented from Treasure more than once and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I use them out of necessity since properties that accept multiple dogs are limited. I have sent 3 emails over the last few months, before and after my visit, none have been replied to. The cleaning service was at our property until almost 5 pm and we had to sit in the public access for almost 2 hours before we could check in. There were no shower curtains and a tub that didn't drain which we were advised was reported to Treasure. No one showed up with shower curtains and no one showed up to fix the drain. I spent a few grand on a rental and had to go buy my own shower curtain and batteries. Most of the light bulbs were out, tv's didn't work, landscaping was encroaching on walkways and the driveway, walls were dirty and sticky and the property in general lacked maintenance and care as did the other 3 I rented in the past. This last house is the only one that was mold free. Rent with caution at Treasure and don't expect much customer service.
