Although the venue and the staff were good, I leave the place very unhappy as my hair was not left as I asked. I went for a full head highlights to have more light in my face and I ended up with a darker hair colour. The stylist said she used a darker toner and that it would get lighter with washes. But this is not what you expect after paying 100 quid. You are supposed to pay this for someone who's expert in dying hair, I should have received what I asked for.
