The guy who did the inspection came on time and completed the inspection. He stated there was a blockage and provided me a flash drive. We wanted to see what the blockage looked like, but the flash drive did not work. I tried in on 3 different computers (Mac, HP, and Thinkpad). I reached out to say it did not work and I was told a tech would send it to me the next morning. I sent a email the next day stating I didnt receive a followup and did not receive a reply.

Frank and Buddy came did the inspection for our first home purchase. Everything went smooth and with a provided outline of the pipes. Also provide a CD video of the pipe inspection.

I wish everyone was as honest, knowledgeable and professional as Tunnel Vision. Mr. Frank just left my house for a routine pipe inspection and found a sewer line problem that was in the process of becoming a DISASTER…probably during the holidays with a house full of family from out of town. The way these guys worked you would have thought this was their house. Also worked with me on a short notice appointment change and were there PROMPLTY. It has been a long time since I have been as satisfied with any kind of service as I was with Tunnel Vision!!!

Spent the day with the City of Kenner people cleaning out a clogged sewer line that these guys said was good. They did NOT run the video all the way to the city connection because if they did they would have seen all the roots in the line right where the house and city lines meet.

Honest people ! With first class service I had a toilet backing up, they came out and ran a video inspection noted was blockage, witch they showed me the inside of the pipe. They ran a drain clean and water jet out the build up in the pipes problem resolved... and not expensive

Truly a great experience. Professional inspection, on time, explained everything I needed to know as well as answer any questions that I had. Dvd of full inspection given at the end of my appointment. Will use again and recommend to anyone! !
