I wanted to buy a new printer, but mentioned that my old one was still working and that it was just printing badly. The guy in the shop talked me through doing a head clean, so that saved me £120. Really good trustworthy company, if only all computer shops were like them.

It is no trouble to get hold of Alex (often a problem with web designers!), he offers great advice and provides solutions to all my requests.
