This place is a bad place has people who work there that harass me and threaten my life I call to speak to manger or boss a bunch of times and nothing I have even email them personally and still have the person harassing me an being mean to me

I met the people at UMG about a year ago via a referral from a friend. I was apprehensive about using a call center service at first, but the owners Jason and Steve really helped me to see the benefits of outsourcing our late night call staffing. Our sales are up from where they used to be because their people are great at up selling. We have also recommended UMG to some of our healthcare clients in Ohio.
