Very rude interaction in regards to your marketing dept, which I find ironic considering you are a marketing company. One of your sales associates called us, I asked who they were, they dodged explaining what your company was and why you wanted to speak to our owner. Then they hung up on me.Comon y'all.Maybe this is a one off experience, but man, very little respect for a company that cold-calls folks like that.....Update: I was called immediately by the company to address this, moving my rating from 1 star to a 3 star rating.John apologized on behalf of his employee, and stated he will seek to retrain and work on the interactions with outgoing sales calls. I appreciate this.
