Sometimes I spend too much time doing IT, and I decided to contact Watchtower concerning a very old machine that needed a new OS.They took the time to go over the options with me (one of which was to buy a new machine and not even use their services - which to me demonstrates integrity.)They even called back with an additional option that they had found. Their IT background is deep and experienced. Great local company.

As a non-profit, got a quote from these folks. Was very high and basically they wouldn't do any work without a monthly contract for routine maintenance that was quite high. The initial expense was considerable and we were willing to do that, but they declined to do that work if we wouldn't do the whole package. We went on to find a local company that was much more reasonable and did everything for far less than half the price that watchtower quoted us.
