Mark was terrific, patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful, creative, client-centered, easy to work with. For example, we were on the phone and working it out together. rather than Mark doing it by himself, then coming back to see if I liked it, then having to go back and make changes. He was able to solve issues or obstacles and get results that others weren't able to. Plus, he came up with creative ideas and solutions that I had not thought of and were excited about. Mark also made an outstanding recommendation of how I could improve my WordPress website overall that would save money, be much easier with making further, additional changes, improvements or enhancements. Furthermore, his fee was very fair, reasonable considering his 23 years of experience. I highly recommend Mark, that you try him out.
