HORRIBLE! Just don't do it. If you need a website designed, STAY AWAY! We've had a website designed that keeps having faulty issues and problems. Whenever we contact them to get it fixed, we don't get a call back and emails are usually 2 weeks from the time I send them. They told me once that they don't have the staff to handle request all the time, if that's the case, it's called properly doing business. Something that obviously whoever is the owner and manager doesn't seem to have knowledge of. Perhaps they need to go back to school and get a business degree.There is NO point in taking more customers than you can handle. I know this because I have my own business as well. You make money through superb customer service, and the customer service of the people in Webspace Atlanta, including Clayton Bass, is more than lacking.
