I am revising my review I wrote below and moving from a 1 star review to 3 stars. I was contacted by a manager from webware.io He apologized for the sales rep confusion. I appreciate the effort he made to rectify the situation. Sales and customer service should go hand in hand and they are making an effort to close that gap. ————————————————————Had a call scheduled with a sales rep for a presentation (Rep 1.) At our scheduled time I get a call from another sales rep (rep. 2) referencing a third sales rep who is apparently on another call and can’t make our scheduled call(rep 3). When I explain I don’t know rep 3 and had been in conversation with rep 1 he say oh yes, he forwarded it to rep3 who asked me to talk to you. While I am on the call trying to figure out why I am being tossed around I get another call from a fourth sales rep referencing rep # 3 had asked him to call and make the presentation. There’s no mention of rep 1 who initially called except that he’s not a specialist in the field. Confused? So was I and angry. A company that can’t keep things straight for themselves can’t really help a small business in any way.
