Buyer beware. Hired Web Works of KC made a down payment. No work was done gave Travis amble time 1 1/2 years to either pay us back or do the work. Travis agreed to pay us back, months of excuses later we had to take him to civil court just last month we won the judgement and he still hasn’t paid us back. We are now going through collection proceedings.In response to Travis' response:My husband and I hired him to do work for us on April 1, 2017 by June 29th, 2017 it was apparent that Travis was not going to do the work we agreed upon. We did not miss any meeting or appointment. Travis was the one who would not answer emails, canceled appointments. On June 29, 2017 we sent Travis an email telling him that we are going to have to go with someone else to do the work because he had done nothing and would not communicate with us and that he owed us our deposit back for doing nothing. Wanting to help him out we asked if he would be interested in submitting a bid on another job we needed, we took him to lunch and paid for it, and he said that he was interested, he never submitted a bid to us. We did ask him two questions regarding Word Press and he answered us. In January 2018 we asked him to send us a check for our deposit. He agreed and said we would have it in February, by March we still did not have it. We reached out to Travis via phone and email we never heard back from him. Our only other choice was to file a civil suit against him. A Sheriff officer personally handed him the summons to court, court date was July 18th, Travis did not show up. If he was in the right as he said why didn't he come and defend himself? We showed the judge all of our documentation including the contract that Travis says he lost and would exonerate him, the judge saw all the emails including the email where Travis said that he did owe us our money back and that he would do so by February. Judge made the judgement that Travis pay us our deposit, plus court costs and interest. Travis was given 10 days to pay us or file for another court date. He did neither. I sent him an email yesterday reminding him of the money he owed. We had not heard from him until he responded to this review. It is really sad when someone takes advantage of a start up like ours which has limited funds. Thinking that he could get away with this and then lie to you who are reading this review. My husband and I have been very patient with him and he has taken advantage of our kindness. The last thing that I wanted to do was to write this review. But Travis has not responded to us or taken responsibility for his actions. The court has seen all communications via email that we had with Travis, Travis did not come to court to defend himself, An impartial court ruled in our favor and has ordered him to pay us back plus costs. This is a shame, we really hoped that it would have worked, and if it didn't we believed that we could part anemically . That didn't happen so here I am writing a review that saddens me.

Lansdowne PodiatryEverything about Dr. Rolle and Lansdowne Podiatry is reflected in the meticulous care she takes of everything. This is especially true of her patients, but extends to the beautiful decoration of her office. Everything is cheerful with flowers and plants arranged everywhere giving patients a feeling of both ease and comfort. Her office staff is courteous and efficient. My exprience is that scheduled appointments are on time, and I've never had an inordinate wait to be seen by Dr. Rolle.
