I brought in a new pc build to see why I could not get it working. Mark provide me with such excellent service. They diagnosed without any upfront cost and told me what was wrong so I could fix myself. I highly recommend Computer Doctors! They saved me both time and money.

I really appreciated the work done by the professionals here. I came in with a lot of questions and a broken computer. The questions were answered and the computer was fixed. My computer was ready for pick up the next day. I'm most satisfied with their ability to communicate in layman's terms the issues with my computer and how they were fixed.

Brought my laptop in that died one month after the warranty expired. All the research that I did indicated that the mother board was toast. After dropping it off, I received a call from WC Computer Doctors that they were able to get it going by taking out the two internal batteries which reset the bios. I had take out one, but didn't know there was a second clock battery (or something like that). Anyway, they didn't charge me anything because the diagnostics are free. I couldn't believe it. These guys will be getting my business for life. Honest company.

I’m delighted to learn that they will recycle my old computers for free! I’m grateful for community recycling events but they are usually crowded. So it is a big time saver for me to have this shop remove my hard drive and then recycle my old PCs

Took my computer in to get checked for virus. Mark took the time with me to explain what was happening and did a complete scan to ensure there was nothing wrong with my computer. All this was done within a couple of hours and at no charge. I have used Computer Doctors before and will continue to use them going forward. Thanks Mark for your excellent service.

I really don't like giving negative reviews, but this was just an unpleasant experience. When you think of a local business, you hope that the representatives will be friendly and willing to educate the client on what their services entail, after all, it's not a cheap thing to recover data, not to mention a stressful period when you think you lose something important. They were not willing (or maybe not able) to explain the processes, nor did they want to take the time to actually listen to my needs- I always felt like I was being rushed. When asking for more details, the guy literally said, "listen, just leave the data recovery up to us or you can find somewhere else to go." After I said I wasn't going to support a company who didn't treat their customers with respect, he hung up on me. I ended up bringing my hard drive to The Mac Shop in Trolley Square (Wilmington, De) and not only did he recover the data, he did it for $300 less than West Chester Computer Doctors would have charged me. Just 25 minutes from WC, save your money and go somewhere fast, reliable and that people treat their customers with respect. The Mac Shop is great!
