My company has been with Wingswept several years now and during that time they have always been "johnny on the spot" when responding to our needs whether simple or urgent. During this time I have never witnessed any of them loose their patients when working with our employees and yet at times you feel certain they will (and have a right to!) The integrity I have witnessed in Wingswept stands far and above any other IT company we have done business with. I am thankful we found them (or maybe they found us) and hope to see many more years as partners in this game of "darn, my computer won't work, can you fix it". If you have not already, do check them out, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised. When you know the employees love their job you can feel certain the company has the Godly standard of do unto others as you would have them do unto you!

Wingswept is responsive and thorough. There are few IT management firms out there that seem to understand the challenges of business owners. Often, the technicians are caught up in the "technology problem"' and lose sight of the overall business picture. That is not the case at Wingswept. I always feel like the technicians are focused on minimizing downtime and understanding our needs. We appreciate having them as our IT management company for our business.
