I needed some small vinyl numerals. 4 days later I had to call back twice since they weren't responding. Outrageous pricing, over $3 apiece for 3.5" and 2" numerals? Go elsewhere.

This company is a joke- DO NOT USE THEM! I had an order for buckets in-house for 2 months. Production was supposed to be 7-10 days, I kept asking what is going on, why it was taking so long and no one would answer me. I went to the President of the company and she was incredibly rude and unprofessional! I am literally not leaving anything out- they took over 2 months in production and when I finally stopped being polite about it and pushed them the complete the order- they cancelled my order! SO RUDE, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, A COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY! They have a 'D' rating in Sage- no wonder!I would give them no stars, but unfortunately you have to at least give them 1.
