Feedback:

Probably the worst company i have dealt with. Very slow, unreliable and negligent, nick only cares about money, he loves the smell of money but he cannot provide services are promised. Do not deal with the company. Have a look at their rating and read others feedback. Worst company ever.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst customer service ever. Complete waste of time dealing with them. Never return calls. Happy to take your money but won’t do the work!

Completely unaccountable and inefficient. After almost 3 years of false promises and taking $60,000 of my money, they are claiming bankruptcy so are not delivering the website I've paid for. Also, they refuse to return my calls or meet with me to discuss the issue. I'm not sure how this is even legal?

A little more pricey compared to other companies I spoke to, but they did a great job and were easy to deal with from to start to finish.

No Stars. Received letter from administrator for payment, asked for invoice copy and nothing... However Woocom keep sending me invoices with new bank details and don't answer their phone. Dodgy company and useless Appointed Administrators!

Took a month longer than I expected, but I ended up having a modern looking and fully Functional website, so I can't complain. They even added some extra plugins which I was not charged for. Overall experience was pretty good.

The fact that this business (and that is generous) is still operating is a failure of justice. The Directors systematically deceive and ruin small businesses who are vulnerable. I can not say this with any more emphasis - do not under any circumstances use this firm.

Would never have done business with Woocom or Nick Russell if I knew how untrustworthy they/he is !!!

Feedback:

Woocom took $4k deposit and delivered nothing because the company went under ! I now know they knew this prior to receiving the deposit. The director also owes me $10’000 privately of which is now being pursued through the courts... He is playing dirty pretending to be not working due to mental health and 2 years later (only because I’m taking him to court) is trying to say my company damaged his home to the value of $7k which is 100% made up bullshit. He threatened me verbally stating if I tried taking him to court that he would do everything (from advice from lawyer mate) to be in court forever. He also tried blackmailing me ! He is a dirty dog !!! Don’t ever do business with Woocom or Nick Russell !!!!!!!!!!!! Ps No stars deserved at all but had to put one to enter this submission.

Working closely with the creative web designer, he helped me understand the importance of user experience and we were able to achieve a fully functional website that is now an asset to my business. Regardless of the delays due to the company’s restructuring I was pleased with the final outcome.

If I could opt for 0 stars then I would. They can't still be operating can they?This company is shameful! In the 12 months I was under contract and paying a monthly fee of $600+ for SEO (a huge amount for my 2 person run business), my website actually fell in rankings! They did absolutely nothing!! Then I was advised by an ex-employee that they'd claimed bankruptcy - I wasn't even advised by Woocom themselves! Their communication during the whole 12 month period involved 1 initial conversation and that was them selling me. I never heard a word since that time, no follow up, no curtesy call, nothing. When I did email them, it took up to a week for them to reply. Bottom line, don't waste your money or your business reputation trusting these guys, just don't.
