These people are a scam and have absolutely no communication skills. Never used there product once, billed me in full, and never picked up the phone when I called Alex. If you want to get to there sales line, its easy, if you have a problem, good luck. Try any other product, youll be much happier.In Response to there reponse: IM sorry, but you can fabricate all kinds of stories and excuses but the facts remain the same. Your value and product is garbage, period.

I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to establishing an account with this company.Response: Most individuals that purchase your services are looking for a system to help them manage and make route planning less time consuming. If your system does not work well with a companies scheduling and delivery system we as customer should not be forced to continue paying for a service we will not use. Workwave does not guarantee customer satisfaction and it shows after you are locked into an annual contract. As a business owner I would rather have customers satisfied with my customer service and product they are purchasing. Customers get 30 days and 3 training sessions one session per week. After my 3 sessions 21 days I need to send an email disclosing I would like to cancel 10 days prior to my 30 day cancellation window but I only have 9 days NOW I am stuck in an annual contract?????Having me contact customer would be adding a headache to my day they already have my money and are not required to treat me like a paying customer. Hopefully your technicians can figure out a way to work with our scheduling system (VCITA) our should create a list of scheduling systems that are not compatible with your system. Being Professional at all levels should be your company's goal

The company I drive for just changed over to the WorkWave App. The app is very challenging to properly bill a customers credit card. I have a newer IPhone and am able to enter cc name, choose credit card but am unable to enter the cc number, expiration and security code?

Horrible customer service. This company sales 'modules' as add on's for their product pestpac. Half of the time their staff has no clue what to do or how to use their software. Their route Op scheduler puts 2 hours on one guy in a given day and 12 hours on another. We were supposed to be getting a refund and Elizabeth didn't even touch base with me until a week after. This company is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

If you're looking for a good route management program LOOK ELSEWHERE. THIS HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. If I could give them less then 1 star I would.They assured me it would work for what I needed but it was incredibly cumbersome and didn't work properly for my purposes. When I told them I wanted to cancel they said I just needed more training and talked me into giving it more time. After wasting hours of my time working with the program and going through the training like they said the program absolutely didn't work for me and when I called and insisted on cancelling they said I was, conveniently, 3 days past my deadline to cancel. Now they have sent my account to collections and are threatening to sue me for my past due amount plus collection fees for a total of $672.67 in addition to the money I already paid them. And all this for a program that didn't work as described.

If you are considering using WorkWave to help you grow your business I would encourage you to look elsewhere. After long discussions and assurances that I could cancel at anytime they are now threatening me with collections after I terminated service. We never completed the onboarding process and they are trying to hold me accountable for a full year of fees. There are much more reputable programs available.Yes Danny did call to argue with me after I posted my review. He certainly did not make me feel like "A valued customer".
