Two years agoag purchased a sectional sofa made by Ashley furniture from Wyatt Ogg. I also purchased the pet insurance. It got damaged by my dog and the insurance will not cover it. Wyatt Ogg offered to order some material so I could have it replaced myself. Haven't heard anything for a week. Very disappointed in quality and the help I was offered. I want my money back that I paid for the warranty at least. Really I want this awful sofa replaced. What a shame. Beware.
