Theses people are crooks! They charged my card 399 dollars promising to create a site! They did not do anything and when I asked for my money back they said it’s not possible! Please stay clear of these crooks!!!

Horrible experience, website that was promised has never been completed correctly (had misspellings, incomplete information, etc.) Customer service was atrocious, my "account manager" was either fired or quit and no one ever contacted me to let me know who my new account manager was. The citations program is a joke and the ads they created were generic and made my company appear to be incompetent. Strongly discourage anyone doing business with these jackals.UPDATE: I have been trying to work with these clowns to get my money back as they did not provide any of the services they were contracted to do. They offered less than 10% of what I had paid them. After emails and phone calls they offered to send me documentation on the work they had completed and I accepted that offer....it has now been over a month and I have not heard a word. I have sent 2 emails asking for an update and have received no answers, so another example of this company offering to do something and not following through.

I have worked with many different Marketing Agencies and Xurli is second to none when it comes to helping my business receive the kind of exposure and attention it needs! Business isn’t like it used to be - being listed in the phone book isn’t good enough enough anymore. Xurli has helped me make the appropriate transition that needed to be made in order for me to operate my business marketing efficiently. I am very impressed with the results that I have received and know that it will only get better from here!

If you are a business owner and looking for some professional marketing services then I highly recommend that you go with Xurli! They have been essential in helping me get my business online! I have a very knowledgeable and kind Account Manager that is always more than willing to answer my questions and assist me with all of my requests. I could not ask for a better marketing company to do business with!

I signed up with Xurli in February of this year and I have seen nothing but positive results come from this service. I now have a functional website that customers can contact me through and the best part is that because of Xurli’s smart review function they can also leave my services positive feedback directly on my new website!

Within the first few weeks of Texas Tuff Stain & Seal starting with Xurli, our account rep left the company. We had no idea of why she was not returning our calls & nothing was being done on our account. Frankly, we thought we had been scammed. We were very unhappy customers. Needless to say, our new account manager had a lot to overcome & his hands full. We were not very nice at this point. We were very lucky to get Ahmad Tools as our new account manager! He not only calmed us down, he walked us through everything that should have happened in the past & what he would do personally for us from now on. He has followed through completely for us! We have not gotten the full results we are wanting yet, but have complete confidence that Ahmad will make that happen for us. Ahmad is wonderful; he has even taught me the things I need to do to help our company grow. I feel that we are a Power Team working together to make our company successful! As we all know, I’m not doing business with Xurli, I am doing business with Ahmad! Side Note: For the last 25 years, my “real” job is in advertising specific to the multi-family market. I have sales teams in DFW, Houston, Austin & San Antonito. I strive to teach my sales reps to do exactly what Ahmad has done for us! Great job Ahmad, & thank you so very much!!! Xurli is amazing! I am very technologically challenged to say the very least but Xurli has guided me through understanding how important it is for my business to have an online presence. They Built me a beautiful website that works on my phone and they helped me list my business on google! Xurli has been very professional to work with and I will continue to recommend them to all business owners like myself! Keep up the great work!

Initially my experience with Xurli was fantastic. My website account manager Taylor disappeared without notice. I contacted Brandon (who initially reached out to me through the citation program) and he said Ahmad would contact me immediately as my new account manager. That was July 26. As of today, August 13 I have heard from no one. Brandon no longer returns my calls and his email is no longer working. I will no longer work with Xurli as I cannot seem to find anyone to work with. Disappointed, frustrated, and feel like I was completely ripped off.

I'll admit when i first joined the program I didn't like my account representative and getting ahold of her was a pain. But since I spoke with the supervisor and gotten a new rep its been a dream I know that my business is being taken care of.

I know how to do most of my own marketing but I honestly don't have the time. It's worth every penny to have my own account manager handling everything for me so I can focus on helping my own customers. They are friendly and EVERYONE SPEAKS ENGLISH!
