My computer crashed a little over 1 year after our wedding and they were not able to even retrieve our video they did. Unacceptable. Therefore we cannot ever view our video of our wedding day and wasted a good amount of money paid to them for this service. They won't burn a CD for you either. You have to download it yourself, which is not clearly stated in the contract.
