I hired Angelo Ortiz to build a new ECommerce website for me. I paid Angelo Ortiz $4000.00 on August 17th ,2017 as he required to be paid IN FULL PRIOR!!. I did place him on hold while I waited for videos for approx 3 months. When I did get him the videos he needed in December 2017, he promised I'; have my site finished within 'a couple of weeks'. I met again with him on Jan 24th,2018, he again told me he'd have something for me to approve within 2 weeks. I emailed him,texted him,left phone messages to the tune of 146 emails!! To this day he is still full of excuses.I finally gave up on begging him to finish and hired another person for another $500.00. They finished my website and gave me a FUNCTIONING WEBSITE within 3 days!! ANGELO IS EVEN A CHRISTIAN PREACHER who uses his position to his advantage while pitching you his business but does not abide by a single rule! He has no clue how to do eCommerce sites. Save your money!!!!! Joe Garcia
