Poor experience. Was guaranteed first page results. After 8 plus months and not much improvement I made a change. Their service is very poor. Many times I would have to send multiple emails and wait for weeks to get simple changes made, but what bothered me the most was Jack's attitude and tone. Not a customer oriented person. I checked morning and evenings with key words and just never got the first page results promised. I thought guaranteed meant that if they didn't produce I would get my money back? I only demanded 25% of the 4K I paid this guy. As I anticipated, He never responded to my email stating that I was discontinuing his services and asking for a meager 25% refund. Live and learn!UPDATE: Several terms on Page one? I checked morning and night for 8 months with all the keys words my customers would use! Nothing on first page EVER! Who's the liar here? My review is based on FACT! YOU GUARANTEE FIRST PAGE RESULTS BUT DO NOT COME THROUGH! Then, when your customers ask for a refund you call them liars. Great business model! And your service is terrible too!
