Cependant ils n’ont pas complété les réparations avant la dernière semaine de juin 2019. Encore là, plusieurs erreurs qui seraient très complexes à réparer ne seront pas prises en charge. Sans compter les retours d’appels qui prennent parfois plusieurs semaines.Bout d’ilot défoncé ( Installation ), bout d’ilot High Gloss plaquée sur un seul coté ( deux coté apparent ), demandé sans mécanisme, mécanisme installé quand même, plusieurs semaines pour faire remplacer les caissons avec des trous. Hauteur demandée pour cellier non respectée, impossible d'installer notre cellier dans l'ilot sans compromettre l'installation du quartz. Notre entrepreneur se dit fabricant de maisons ‘’prestige’’ et avoir des sous contractant de qualité. J’espère que celui-ci aura vent de tous ses problèmes qui laissent un gout très amer avec notre expérience avec la cuisine et considèreront d’autres candidats.Si vous cherchez une cuisine de qualité, il existe plusieurs entreprises qui offrent un produit de qualité supérieur, des prix pour de quincailleries beaucoup plus honnêtes ainsi qu’un service supérieur. N’oubliez jamais que parfois payer pas cher, c’est quand même payer trop cher. Je regrette ne pas avoir accepter la maigre offre pour choisir moi-même mon ébénisterie.Si vous cherchez une cuisine bon marché et que vos attentes sont modestes…abstenez-vous quand même!
