It's convenient for cashing my paychecks, but other than that me and my family have had numerous bad experiences with this bank. They cannot convert foreign dividend checks from euros to us currency. When making a withdrawal of anything over $2,000 we had to pull awkwardly up to the side door and make a hand to hand exchange which seemed odd. After receiving my bank card through the mail I attempted to activate it with no success. I went to the bank to have them fix it which they finally did after sitting in there office for 45 minutes, and everything seemed fine. Until I tried to make a withdrawal and realized that they issued the card in my father's name and gave me full access to all of his funds! This bank is less than professional and even they are a small town bank they should hold the same standard of service as any other major bank. Thoroughly disappointed.
