One of the worst customer support experiences I have ever had. Aside from it being inferred that I was lying about a defective item, they refused to exchange it until they had time to examine it in their possession BEFORE sending a replacement. The alternative was to send photos in specific poses and lighting - there was literally a paragraph of instructions on the correct photos to send them. In other words, they make the return/exchange process impossible - when it's an error on their end. I recommend avoiding this company and their grossly overpriced items.
