Feedback:

Poor experience. The UI designer - Megan - apparently moved from being an employee, then a contractor, and then became completely unresponsive. After being in development for eight months, Paul (the owner) admitted that they were not going to be able to finsh the site. He was honest about that and when he had gotten involved we saw some movement on the implementation. The problem was that his involvement was late in the process and limited in the amount of time he was able / willing to invest on our site.They are stretched too thin and if I hadn't had some experience with EE, our site would be barely functional and we'd be screwed.The initial designs started out great, then Megan bailed halfway through the design process and project management went to hell. Not my first experience with a web design firm so I can't chalk it up to that. Should have gone with one of the other firms we'd vetted.We are now in the process of having another EE firm look into the work that was done to see if structural fixes are required and to scope out what it will take to finish out the project.Really disappointed.
