Feedback:

Creode developed a website for me when I was living in the UK some years ago. They have since tried to get me to purchase things that I do not need (I no longer live in the UK or use the site they built) and they were expecting me to pay through the roof! The customer service provided by a female at the office is pathetic. A bit of advice- send this particular staff member on a customer care course. I think they would benefit greatly from it
