Feedback:

Very disappointed with the service at Transient. I asked to discuss an issue with one of their technicians, as I was already aware of the issue I was having with my iMac. I was stone walled by the receptionist and told that I must pay the $60.00 inspection fee regardless. Then would be required to pay an additional $110.00 per hour for repairs. (and I assume parts on top) I would warn any non computer savy person looking at using Transient to get a second opinion before going here.
