We had checked in on 7th November 2015 & we were supposed to check out on 9th November 2015We had a very bad experience :-(1) No proper lights(2) No fan in the sitting area(3) found lizards & cockroaches lurking around in the sitting area.After going thru this harrowing experience we didnot feel like having dinner and we checked out on the same day.Inspite of informing this whole issue on mail, they didnot have the courtesy to call back.

We have previously travelled with Global Vision to Kerala (Allepey & Kumarakom) and to Himachal (Manali & Dalhousie). Both trips were very well arranged, and we were well looked-after on both occassions. We have booked our 3rd trip to Mussourie & Kanatal with Global Vision, and we eagerly look forward to our tour. I travelled twice to kerala with Global Vision - every time its wonderful, all arrangements were perfect and sometimes its better than the expectations, car was upgraded to swift desire from Indica. Houseboat was very good, single room with large terrace, hotels with best views. I had also recommended this to my brother in law and he was also very much satisfied with the services.
