I'm having an excellent experience working with Bigfoot. Jim spends time understanding your business needs and tailors things appropriately... For me, it was important I upskill so I could do some basic updates myself and not only was Jim was a fantastic teacher, but he's always (happy!) on the end of the line, when I can't get something to function.I truly can't rate Jim high enough - I've recommended him to a lot of small businesses like myself as well as those that are bigger/more established. I will continue to work with him, as it's always professional, fun, productive and development experience for me - he makes me think about my business from aspects I hadn't considered.
