I have used the services of Niall Reck and his team at Graphedia for many years. In recent months, I engaged Niall to completely re-brand my business which included new logos, new website, new marketing materials and a full re-vamping of existing social media pages. Niall made this process simple, straightforward and easy to engage with. Not alone was his technical skills, experience and industry expertise to the highest level but he also made the process very easy to complete. No fuss, no hassle, no drama and some good fun along the way too!! Nothing I asked Niall to do, no matter how big or small, was too much trouble to him and he always made sure that the finished product was exactly how I wanted it to be. Nialls expertise in his field is top class and he keeps himself at the cutting edge of what he does. His incredible client list is no surprise as he has a unique capacity to be creative while remaining focused on the practical realities of what a business needs to promote itself effectively in a rapidly changing business environment. His advice and guidance was always excellent and he clearly explained what he was doing at every step of the way. More importantly for me, the results for my business have been excellent……much more customer awareness, greater client engagement through social media, increased traffic to my new website and a whole new look and feel to my business that I am extremely happy with. I can’t recommend Niall and the whole team at Graphedia highly enough.
