I purchased a Laserdisc player from the owner's eBay store and it arrived damaged. The seller offered a full refund (with return shipping) as long as I shipped the item back. Seller confirmed the item arrived and he would be refunding my money shortly. It has now been over a month since I last heard from the seller and he has ignored several messages on ebay. This individual is a thief and a liar.
