Griswold has been THE SINGLE MOST EFFECTIVE determinant in my elderly mother being able to leave a nursing home and live with me. I selected Griswold after the initial intake interview with owner Heather and coordinator, Kristen. My takeaway from that process was that Griswold listens carefully, pays attention, observes the home setting and applicant and THEN... makes a very careful and precise match. Not once, have I been disappointed with someone they sent. In fact, Heather and Kristen "read" me and our home environment so accurately, that we are still with the original person. I have great respect and praise for this company, reflected from owners all the way through.
