Feedback:

To start off with, they sent the WRONG ADDRESS with my moms resident application. They tried fixing the error on their part but we never got her visa. Guy helping us was hardly ever available when we called. Then eventually it turns out he had left and someone else was doing immigration cases. That person let us know that we had to submit an I-90 form to have the card reissued becuase said card had been “destroyed” So we did do that without their assistance as they were charging us an additional $750 for attorney fees. As if wasn’t their fault in the first place we were having to do this. All in all, it turns out she didn’t need to do that form. They still had her original card. And we essentially wasted $550 to get a card reissued that wasn’t needing to be reissued. So glad we at least didn’t do this with them and wasted more money. Now I’m not saying they are actively trying to scam people but they need to get their stuff together. They don’t seem to care to find the right information for their clients. They switched the person handling the immigration 3-4 times in the time we were processing my moms application.
