I've worked with NewMedia for many years. They’ve been delivering value since before we got into business, and they know what they are doing. They also truly partner with you, give great advice, and listen to your needs. I've recommended them to others who have been equally impressed. I appreciate their constant willingness to accommodate our requests. Steve and the team are clearly experts in the field, but they are also friendly and never use technospeak or talk down to us.

I don't write reviews, but after the service I received from NEWMEDIA I've been singing their praises to anyone who will listen. This was the third website I had done, and the last two were painful. Totally different this time around. For a fair, fixed price we had a new site completed and launched in 4 weeks. If you're a small business like myself and you're looking to improve, do yourself a favor and call these guys! I wish I had done it a long time ago. If you call, ask for Chad!

He guided us through the process of defining the perfect plan, and then Ryan and Brandon created our new website, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why! I am very happy with the work NewMedia did for us to get our new, responsive, website up and running. Carly always replied to our questions right away and kept us on track for our target launch date. We were very happy with the design options we had to choose from, and Ryan gave us lots of guidance. He always came up with a solution for things we wanted to add, even if we changed our minds along the way. Now that we are live, NewMedia is hosting the website and the same team we worked with is helping us with our social media and SEO too. Five stars!

I started a small, specialist service business about 9 years ago, and I've been working with these guys since the very beginning. Over the years it seems they’ve never forgotten how it was when we first started working together. If you run a business, you know what it’s like. Stressful! But my team at NM is always really attentive and sensitive to the anxieties that come with starting and building a business. I want to say thank you to Ryan and Justin for being familiar faces and being trustworthy over the years. I’ve gone away to do it myself, and come back to get help again, probably 10 times over the years, and the same people who I started with are the same ones I work with today. My wife and I decided to do a website with New Media Denver for our destination wedding in Hawaii. I think we were high maintenance, but you only get married once. At least that’s our plan! The guys there were so patient with all our modifications during the process, and they always responded to us really fast. New Media is the real deal when it comes to making your business look good online and getting the word out! They redesigned our old Magento website and updated it to the new Community version that has more features than the Enterprise version we used before. This alone saved us around $30,000!! They built a better way to import our products and also got us on the map for Google, even though we’re a B2B company. Their support team was always on the ball to make those little adjustments that never seemed to end, because we kept having more ideas. And they were great about it! Owning two businesses, it’s really important to know you have a partner you can rely on, and I’m relieved to know that New Media has everything under control. Thanks guys!
