Horrible service they do not return phone calls jeff just continuously lies about getting you the help you need been with them for 3 years last year was the last stay away from these people look for a more reputable insurance agent they let my insurance lapse for $195 got sent to collections because they did not do their job when you have an insurance agent they're supposed to handle any matters for you and call you and let you know that there was a problem with one of your payments also stay away from Auto-Owners Insurance they will raise your rates 4 x more even if you have a natural disaster claim I gave Jeff and his team every opportunity to make things right and I'm just so fed up with their lies and no returns of phone calls Jeff left me without insurance for 3 days on my dealership again if you don't want to mess up your business to stay away

Chris Rubbish is always there for me when I need him and as a real estate investor that involves quite a few transactions each year. Prompt, competent service is essential and he provides it.

Very unhappy. They will be there to take your phone call but will forget to call you back when trying to get info. Never made a claim, now after an audit, I have to pay extra for last years insurance because they undercharged me. Ridiculous
