Feedback:

We have been using Home Instead Senior Care for my dad since 2007. We couldn't be happier with the service they provide not just with their home care workers, but also the office staff. We've gone through different changes in the level of care. Everyone has been supportive and encouraging as we increased and decreased the hours needed and the amount of care needed. During the winter storm in February 2016, the staff and caregivers went above and beyond to make certain my dad had 24 hour care. One caregiver actually stayed for over 48 hours. Another caregiver braved her way through the weather to bring relief and stayed for 24 hours. What a gift these women were and are! My dad is 88 years old and able to live in his home only because we are fortunate to have this service for him. We thank Home Instead for their care and dedication to providing a quality service for our community.
