Feedback:

JIM put me in tears charged my credit card 3 times without permission he was to do 2 signs for me the first one came back upside down and the paint chipped off the frame I called and said no im not happy but im not a complainer and want to make sure my second sign is done right. $1265 total cost he then told me if I wanted a sign done right it would be 10'000 I told him I sell wigs for a living I know nothing about signs if he could help me choose his response was too bad your sign already is being shipped ( I guess they order online not in house that I could have done myself) I asked to come in to show him what I wanted because emails and txt there's a lack of miscommunications and best in person. He told me that I'm wasting my time all he would show me was a computer screen and then I told him please I need help I don't know what I'm doing im not a sign professional at that time he told me to take my business somewhere else the shocking thing he was EXTREMELY RUDE I NEVER EVER in my life been treated so bad took my credit card without my permission and charged it 3x when it was a one time charge once I realized what he had done with my credit card then it all made sense why he was so rude I wrote the review because I asked to talk to the owner and he said he's in a meeting and would tell me the same thing since the owner doesn't deal with customers I recommend not hiring Jim I have hundreds of people who can vouch for my character I don't have problems with anyone now im stuck two weeks before opening trying to find a sign company
