Horrible people. Liars and sales people are con artists. Beware if you are NOT very familiar with websites or SEO or advertising .... Please be advised. Any good reviews you see online - must have been written by all the people they hired. I've had 2 very horrible experiences with their people. Worst liars and truly dishonest people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. They cussed at me when they were caught in their lies. Now, since this has happened to me with this company MORE than one time - I have to write this complaint. Honestly, out of loyalty I was only trying to help my friends, because I have over 40 years of experience in computer programming, plus my website and internet work since early 90's. I would NEVER hire them. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Please take your time to Shop around. Find an ethical person, someone else who is honest, who you can deal with one on one. Try a referral from someone who you know in real life. Both times, they were truly dishonest and charged people I knew, but delivered very little. They were very easily angered, defensive, rude, lazy and then they use swear words.... Unbelievable. They DO NOT want to be ACCOUNTABLE for anything. They try to hide what they are NOT DOING. My friends were totally in the dark. I put a tracking program into the website and my clients told them about it, and they totally freaked out. It would have given a clear report of what they did or didn't do as far as their work. I thought they were going to have a cow. If you have very little knowledge or experience, they will lie to you and take advantage of you. Beware - If you let them, they will STEAL YOU BLIND!!! My friend paid thousands and thousands of dollars, and they don't care. They just wanted their money. The lies never end. They have excuses for everything. Too many lies. Very expensive lies if you let them get you into any contract. They just kept charging their credit cards to the maximum limit in a short period of time. Service is horrible. Website were not very impressive. They used FREE Templates from WordPress, then tried to say that it wasn't a template. Really? Bottom line: They just want to keep your money. I am pretty business, but I would have gladly referred them to someone who I trusted. I was only trying help them out of a very bad mistake they got stuck with. They fell for all the lies I guess. I could say A LOT MORE, but like I said, " I would NEVER hire them..... they are truly the worst liars I have dealt with in this business."
